Taronza Graves

Manager, Delivery Operations

Taronza is a partner to the delivery team, helping to keep things efficient, ensuring optimal project management activities, resources and information across the company.  She is also responsible for measuring, tracking progress, and analyzing trends important to delivery excellence and client satisfaction. Additionally, she helps to manage large internal projects that help Summit continue to grow and scale.

Taronza has extensive experience in project management and product development in industries including life sciences, pharma tech, telecommunications, manufacturing, and retail. Prior to joining Summit, she worked as Project Manager for Thermo Fisher Scientific where she helped successfully launch commercial products by helping to develop, plan and track milestones to ensure the project was completed on time and within budget.  Taronza also has a passion for leadership, with a special degree in Servant Leadership and volunteering in her personal time as a leadership coach and training facilitator, where she enjoys inspiring others to lead in the service of others.

Taronza is a graduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.  She also has an MBA in Leadership from Liberty University. In addition, she has received certifications from Cornell University in Women’s Entrepreneurship and John Maxwell Leadership Training.  She is also a proud veteran of the US Army.
