Our Team

Mia serves as a Research Analyst Intern at Summit Leadership Partners, working with the team on executive assessments, leadership development, and client feedback processes.

Prior to joining Summit, Mia worked in clinical research at Memorial Sloan Kettering where she managed several studies related to meaning-centered research, coordinating a training program involving database maintenance, data collection and analysis as well as coordinating data reporting with program stakeholders.

Mia is currently working towards her Master of Arts, Social-Organizational Psychology degree from Teachers College at Columbia University. There she studies organizational dynamics on individual, group, and system levels. Mia received her BS in Psychology and Theology from Fordham University in New York.
