With over 20 years consulting experience, Peggy specializes in organizational and executive team assessment, strategic talent management, CEO succession and as a Board advisor. She is highly skilled at understanding and solving unique challenges and opportunities her clients face, equipping them with the insight and tools to accomplish their objectives and deliver meaningful results. Her industry experience includes private equity, healthcare, technology, automotive, energy and utilities, and financial services.
Peggy is passionate and committed to helping organizations identify and overcome barriers to leadership and creating more inclusive work environments by leading with conscious awareness and purpose. Prior to joining Summit, Peggy’s prior work experience included Ampersand Leadership Group, Leadership Accelerated, Linkage Inc., BPI Group and Knightsbridge Human Capital Solutions. In these organizations, she led consulting engagements focused on strategic and business development, culture transformation, process improvement, organizational restructuring, post M&A integration and succession planning.
Peggy holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has a master’s degree in I/O from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Benedictine University, where she also completed her bachelor’s degree.
