Nastasia Fong

Talent Analytics Manager

Nastasia is a strategic and data-driven organizational development professional who excels in providing solutions in organizational design, workforce planning, project and talent management, and people analytics. She brings deep expertise in organizational restructuring, succession planning, change management, competency modeling, and employee engagement, with a strong focus on enhancing organizational effectiveness and supporting executive decision-making, by bridging the world of analytics and human behavior to elevate organizational performance. 

Prior to joining our team, Nastasia served as a Senior Workforce Planning Specialist at the Federal Reserve Board, where she led enterprise-wide workforce planning initiatives, built advanced analytics dashboards and toolkits, and partnered with senior leadership to implement data-informed talent strategies. Her career also spans impactful roles at Phenom People, Kohler Co., and IREX, where she led initiatives in AI-powered HR technology, global talent and change management, and analytics. 

Nastasia holds a Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Statistics from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of North Carolina.
