Meghan Harris Kofoed
Meghan is a versatile and results-driven consultant who excels in the area of talent assessment, leadership development, coaching, and competency development. She is committed to cultivating leaders and providing valuable insights on leadership, organization, and talent challenges. Meghan coaches and facilitates growth and development planning for leaders and individuals through leveraging assessment data, 360 evaluations, personality data, and targeted feedback.
Prior to joining Summit Leadership Partners, Meghan worked as a Senior Talent Assessment Consultant with MDA Leadership and Korn Ferry. There she honed and deepened her expertise in a variety of industries, such as: healthcare, manufacturing, retail, telecommunications, construction, and hospitality.
Meghan holds an MA in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas, as well as a BA degree in Psychology from the College of St. Benedict.
