As a seasoned management consultant, Lisa has over 20 years of experience leading projects in organizational strategy, design, and transformation to ensure ambitious growth goals are achieved. Her tenure spans a wide variety of clients and operating environments in the private and public sectors. Lisa specializes in organizational design and business model transformation, organizational assessment, governance and decision rights, workforce strategy and transition, leadership development, change management, performance management, capacity building, and the future of work.
Prior to joining Summit, Lisa worked for Deloitte Consulting, MorganFranklin, Grant Thornton, and BearingPoint. In these organizations, she worked on complex organizational transformations focusing on strategy and supporting the implementation of new organizational models and structures.
Lisa holds a BA from the University of Missouri-Columbia and also an MBA in Finance and a MA in International Development from American University. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Human Capital Strategist and Project Management Professional (PMP).
