Jenna Bayer serves as Vice President of Marketing at Summit Leadership Partners where she brings extensive marketing leadership experience. She has deep expertise leading strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen brand position, drive demand, and support revenue growth. She partners closely with executive leadership and sales teams to align marketing strategy with business objectives, building scalable programs that enhance market presence and maximize client engagement.

Prior to joining Summit, Jenna had a progressive career developing marketing strategies for companies in the professional services industry. Jenna is known for her ability to translate complex offerings into clear, compelling narratives and for developing modern marketing engines that support growth in highly consultative environments.

Jenna is a graduate of West Virginia University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with a major in Advertising. She is an active volunteer and serves on the Board of Directors for the WVU Charlotte Alumni Association.
