Chelsea Beveridge, PhD

Principal Consultant

Chelsea is an experienced consultant who specializes in organization assessment and design, leadership assessment, and executive team effectiveness. She partners closely with executives, CEOs, and private equity sponsors to address organizational and leadership challenges that enable growth, scalability, and long-term value creation. Chelsea also leads the firm’s Organization Solutions Center of Excellence.

Over the course of her consulting career, Chelsea has led organization assessment and design engagements for companies across a wide range of industries and at various phases of the investment cycle, helping leadership teams align operating models, structures, talent, and decision-making processes to business strategy. She combines deep expertise in organizational science with strong capabilities in both quantitative and qualitative analysis to deliver practical, high-impact solutions. Prior to Summit, Chelsea led Global Talent Assessment at Sealed Air, where she developed and implemented enterprise-wide talent assessment strategies and tools to support hiring, development, and succession planning. She also held talent management and research roles at Ingersoll Rand and UNC Charlotte.

Chelsea holds a PhD in Organizational Science and an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, as well as BA degrees in Psychology and English Literature from Elon University.
