Our Team

Caraline Malloy is an Advisory Services Intern at Summit Leadership Partners and an industrial-organizational psychology practitioner with experience in leadership assessment and development, organizational research, and program evaluation. She has supported senior-level talent decisions across industries including financial services, manufacturing, retail, and defense, and has contributed to initiatives focused on employee development, selection and succession planning, and talent strategy.

Caraline is especially passionate about the intersection of leadership, assessment, and the changing nature of work. Her work and research focus on how organizations can use behavioral science and data to make stronger talent decisions, develop leaders, and build selection and assessment practices that are rigorous, fair, and responsive to emerging technologies.

She is a Ph.D. candidate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Baruch College and The Graduate Center, CUNY, with a quantitative concentration. Her research and expertise have been published in outlets including Applied Psychology: An International Review, Scientific Reports, and The Industrial-Organizational Psychologist. She earned her B.S. in Psychology with Honors from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
