Our Team

Austin is a Consultant at Summit Leadership Partners, working with the team on research, leadership development, performance analytics, executive assessments, and team performance projects.

Before Summit, Austin worked as an intern at Summit and other positions at Executive Leadership Partners, Spectrum, and Sealed Air in the fields of management consulting, organizational effectiveness, and talent management, respectively. His research interests include job interviews, job candidates’ emotions, and integrating AI into the hiring process.

Austin holds a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and is now a PhD candidate in Organizational Science at UNC Charlotte. He completed his BA in Psychology at the University at Buffalo.
