Our Team

Austin is a Consultant at Summit Leadership Partners, working with the team on research, leadership development, performance analytics, executive assessments, and team performance projects.

Before Summit, Austin worked as an intern at Summit and other positions at Executive Leadership Partners, Spectrum, and Sealed Air in the fields of management consulting, organizational effectiveness, and talent management, respectively. His research interests include job interviews, job candidates’ emotions, and integrating AI into the hiring process.

Austin holds a PhD in Organizational Science from UNC Charlotte, a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and a BA in Psychology from the University at Buffalo.
