Ally is a Consultant at Summit Leadership Partners who brings a data-informed, strategic approach to helping clients align talent and organizational priorities with business goals. She supports client engagements through research, assessment, and analysis, translating complex workforce and market data into actionable insights that strengthen decision-making and organizational effectiveness.

Ally brings more than ten years of professional experience spanning behavioral science, consulting, and education. Her background includes conducting organizational assessments, analyzing workforce and stakeholder data, developing practical recommendations, and delivering insights that inform leadership, talent, and organizational decisions.

She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston, an Ed.S. in School Psychology from Baylor University, and a B.S. in Psychology from Harding University.
