Ally is an Advisory Services Intern who brings a data-informed approach to aligning people strategies with business priorities. She contributes through market research, competitive analysis, and translating workforce data into actionable insights that support decision-making and organizational effectiveness.

Ally brings more than ten years of professional experience in behavioral science, consulting, and education. Her background includes designing and delivering interactive learning programs, conducting organizational assessments, analyzing workforce and stakeholder data, and communicating insights to inform leadership decisions.

She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston, an Ed.S. in School Psychology from Baylor University, and a B.S. in Psychology from Harding University.
