Our Team

Alexandria is an Advisory Services Intern with a focus on organizational psychology, leadership development, and employee engagement. She brings cross-industry experience—from biopharmaceuticals and higher education to technology and entertainment—supporting leaders and teams through periods of transformation.

Her background spans talent acquisition, learning and development, and coaching. In her previous roles, Alexandria has partnered with senior executives during organizational affiliations, crafted evidence-based strategies to strengthen employee resource groups, and designed equitable assessment processes for leadership selection.

She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Social-Organizational Psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University, and holds a B.S. in Psychology from Howard University.
