Alex is an experienced leadership consultant with expertise in organizational and executive assessments, management diligence, and coaching for both teams and executives. Her consulting approach centers on identifying key organizational risks to value creation, making informed talent decisions, and improving collaboration among leadership teams. Alex works closely with executive leadership teams and private equity sponsors, understanding that every transaction presents unique challenges and requires a tailored approach.

Her insights stem from direct experience across various cultural, structural, and performance environments, including living and working in East Asia. These skills are integral to her work in leadership assessment and management due diligence. She is consistently recognized for her thoroughness, thoughtfulness, and ability to surface issues that meaningfully inform leadership, organizational, and talent decisions.
