Abigail Adams is a Project Coordinator at Summit Leadership Partners, where she supports the planning and execution of projects through seamless coordination, clear communication, and strong operational support. She plays an important role in keeping teams organized and initiatives on track by managing schedules, meetings, materials, and follow-through across a range of priorities. Prior to joining Summit, Abigail developed a versatile background in executive support, office operations, event coordination, and client service. She has experience supporting leaders in fast-paced environments, managing logistics with precision, and helping create smooth, professional experiences for both internal teams and external contacts. Her work is grounded in a service-oriented mindset, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to reliability and excellence.
Abigail also serves in the United States Air Force Reserves as a Crew Chief, a role that reflects her discipline, accountability, and dedication to high standards. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with honors from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, graduating magna cum laude. Her academic, professional, and military experience together inform the thoughtful, steady, and solutions-oriented approach she brings to her work each day.
