Eric is the Accounting Manager at Summit Leadership Partners, where he leads the firm’s financial operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and strategic support. He oversees core accounting functions, including reporting, payroll, compliance, internal controls, and the monthly close process, while collaborating across teams to align finance with broader business goals.

With over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance, Eric brings a strong record of driving operational improvements and supporting high-growth environments. Prior to joining Summit, he held leadership roles at PetScreening, Greenwood Brands, and Arjo Inc., where he managed successful audits, built scalable reporting frameworks, and contributed to key initiatives—including fundraising and cross-departmental budgeting efforts.

Eric earned his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is known for his analytical mindset, steady leadership, and ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful insights that support sound decision-making.
