Our Team

Lia Crowley is an Advisory Services Intern at Summit Leadership Partners and an industrial-organizational psychology practitioner with experience in organizational research, behavioral science, and data science. Her work focuses on using behavioral science and data to help organizations better understand their people and make informed decisions about employee and organizational effectiveness.

Lia is especially interested in understanding the factors that shape people’s experiences at work. Her research interests include workplace anxiety, ambivalent attitudes, organizational perceptions, occupational health psychology, and the use of archival methods to study workplace phenomena. In applied settings, she is passionate about translating research into practical insights that help organizations strengthen people and organizational outcomes.

She is a Ph.D. candidate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Baruch College and The Graduate Center, CUNY. Lia holds a master’s degree in Data Science and earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychological Sciences from the University of Connecticut.
