Seana Manire is a Senior Accountant at Summit Leadership Partners, bringing more than five years of accounting experience across publicly traded corporations, nonprofit organizations, and professional services. In her role, she supports the firm’s financial operations through accounting, reporting, process management, and financial analysis, helping ensure accuracy, efficiency, and strong financial discipline across the organization.

Prior to joining Summit, Seana held accounting roles at Leggett & Platt, Inc., a publicly traded international manufacturing company, where she was responsible for consolidation accounting, financial reporting, SEC filing support, and internal control compliance. Her experience also includes nonprofit and fund accounting, financial statement preparation, reconciliations, and cross-functional collaboration to provide meaningful financial insight and operational support. Across her career, she has developed expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, process improvement, and accounting systems.

Seana earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Colorado State University. She is known for her collaborative approach, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering accurate financial information that supports sound business decisions and organizational growth.
