Jessica serves as a Project Coordinator at Summit Leadership Partners, where she supports client engagements through project coordination, executive support, and operational excellence. She is passionate about creating organized, efficient processes and delivering a seamless experience for both clients and internal teams. Known for her proactive approach and attention to detail, Jessica enjoys anticipating needs, solving problems, and helping projects move forward successfully.

Prior to joining Summit, Jessica spent more than eight years supporting executive leadership within the private equity industry. She partnered closely with C-suite executives, managing complex operations, coordinating high-profile meetings and events, and implementing systems that improved organizational efficiency. Her experience across executive support, operations, investor relations, and project management allows her to bring a thoughtful, solutions-focused approach to every engagement.

Jessica earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She enjoys working in collaborative, fast-paced environments where she can build strong relationships, create structure, and contribute to meaningful client outcomes.
