Anna Bond

Managing Director

Anna Bond is an accomplished executive coach and leadership advisor with more than 25 years of global experience helping CEOs, Boards, and investors to maximize organizational performance. She is known for her rigorous, analytical approach to assessment and development, grounded in psychometrics and systemic thinking. Anna brings particular expertise working with leaders navigating pivotal transitions—including CEO onboarding, succession, scale challenges, and complex stakeholder dynamics—with particular depth in private equity-backed environments. Her work spans the UK, Europe, the United States and APAC; across sectors including financial services, professional services, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, technology, and telecommunications. 

Anna’s career includes extensive work in leadership advisory, management due diligence, M&A diligence, and top team effectiveness. She has advised private equity firms and portfolio companies for more than 15 years and played a founding role in establishing ghSMART’s London office. Anna is recognized for her expertise in board and team dynamics and has led cross-regional research initiatives on human capital in private equity. Her coaching portfolio includes working with first-time and successor CEOs, founder CEOs, executives needing to scale for high growth, and investment professionals preparing for partner roles. She is known for her focus on accelerating impact, strengthening relationships, and driving value creation in her engagements. 

Anna holds an MSc in Industrial/Organizational Psychology (First Class Honours) and a BA in Psychology and Business Administration from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand. She is EMCC accredited with an Advanced Executive Coaching Certificate in Gestalt and completed specialized programs in Board Dynamics at the Tavistock Institute as well as Systemic Thinking at the Tavistock & Portman NHS Foundation. She is also a member of the British Psychological Society and Division of Occupational Psychology.
