Managing Consultant

Kelly specializes in executive leadership assessment, development, and coaching for senior leaders in Fortune 500 and highgrowth organizations. She partners with CEOs, investors, and Csuite teams to align business priorities with leadership capability, helping ensure that organizations can scale effectively and confidently. Her work often supports private equity talent agendas, where she helps portfolio company leaders translate strategy into measurable leadership behaviors and organizational impact.

Kelly brings a diverse consulting background shaped by roles at several prominent leadership advisory and talent firms, including Russell Reynolds Associates and Vantage Leadership Consulting. She has supported leaders across financial services, industrials, technology, and healthcare sectors, advising on CEO succession, Csuite selection, executive transitions, and leadership due diligence. Known for her datadriven approach and candid, constructive feedback, she has assessed hundreds of executives and is valued for turning complex psychological insights into actionable plans that accelerate leader readiness and enterprise performance. 

Kelly holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Purdue University and a B.A. in Psychology and English from Villanova University. She maintains advanced certifications in Hogan and her research has been published in leading peerreviewed journals.
