She has supported leaders across financial services, industrials, technology, and healthcare sectors, advising on CEO succession, C‑suite selection, executive transitions, and leadership due diligence. Known for her data‑driven approach and candid, constructive feedback, she has assessed hundreds of executives and is valued for turning complex psychological insights into actionable plans that accelerate leader readiness and enterprise performance. 

Kelly holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Purdue University and a B.A. in Psychology and English from Villanova University. She maintains advanced certifications in Hogan and her research has been published in leading peer‑reviewed journals.
