Prior to joining Summit, Sarah Kay served as Sales Operations Manager at AGDATA, where she led process improvements, Salesforce administration, and analytics initiatives. Her experience includes supporting business development teams, implementing onboarding programs, and spearheading cross-departmental projects. She has a strong background in client relationship management and contract negotiations, consistently streamlining workflows and enhancing collaboration.

Sarah Kay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Cedarville University and has developed expertise in CRM systems, sales analytics, and operational strategy through hands-on leadership roles.
