Our Team

Ally is an Advisory Services Intern who brings a data-informed approach to aligning people strategies with business priorities. She contributes through market research, competitive analysis, and translating workforce data into actionable insights that support decision-making and organizational effectiveness.

Ally brings more than ten years of professional experience in behavioral science, consulting, and education. Her background includes designing and delivering interactive learning programs, conducting organizational assessments, analyzing workforce and stakeholder data, and communicating insights to inform leadership decisions.

She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the University of Houston and holds a B.S. in Psychology from Harding University and an Ed.S. in School Psychology from Baylor University.
