Liz is a seasoned leadership consultant and executive coach with extensive experience in guiding individuals and organizations towards achieving outstanding results. As a Principal Consultant, she brings a strong background in management assessment, executive coaching, senior team effectiveness, talent assessment, organizational development, and account management. Liz is recognized for her ability to innovate, coordinate, and deliver outstanding service across a wide range of industries.

Before joining Summit, Liz was a Partner at RHR International, where she led major client engagements and strengthened long-term partnerships. She also held key roles at YSC Consulting, where she led business development and diversity initiatives, and at Heidrick & Struggles, where she contributed to M&A integration services. Earlier in her career at Catalyst, Liz developed a cross-cultural model of employee inclusion that informed strategic shifts and led to multiple publications.

Liz holds a BA in Psychology from Northeastern University, as well as an MS and Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Rutgers University. She has also earned certifications in coaching and assessments from prestigious institutions.
