LeVonté is an evidence-based and impact-driven consultant who brings deep expertise in people analytics, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development. He specializes in helping organizations uncover insights through workforce data to drive better talent decisions and align people strategies with business goals.

Prior to joining Summit Leadership Partners, LeVonté led the People Analytics function at Udemy, where he shaped strategic roadmaps, conducted advanced talent analyses, and partnered with senior leaders to address critical organizational challenges. His work focused on translating data into actionable insights and informing initiatives related to equitable compensation, performance management, and organizational culture.

LeVonté holds a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Ohio University. With a background rooted in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, LeVonté brings a grounded yet innovative perspective to leadership challenges, drawing on his experience at the intersection of data, behavior, and business outcomes.
