Chelsea Beveridge, PhD
Associate Principal Consultant
Chelsea is an experienced consultant who specializes in organization assessment and design, leadership assessment, and executive team coaching. She has a strong background in quantitative and qualitative data analysis, project management, and talent management. She enjoys partnering closely with executives to identify and address organization and leadership challenges to drive long-term growth and performance. Chelsea was one of the earliest members of Summit, joining the company as a Research Analyst shortly after it was founded. She worked closely with the founder and CEO on client delivery, research, and data analysis before leaving for several years to pursue other roles. She is now an Associate Principal Consultant who leads many of Summit’s organization assessment and design projects in addition to team effectiveness and leadership assessment engagements.
Previously, Chelsea managed Global Talent Assessment for Sealed Air – a global manufacturer of protective and food packaging. She built an assessment strategy and partnered with global leaders to implement tools for hiring and developing employees throughout the enterprise, including 360-feedback, talent dashboards, and functional pre-hire assessments for supply chain and customer service. She has also held various talent management and research positions at Ingersoll Rand and UNC Charlotte.
Chelsea holds a PhD in Organizational Science and an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, as well as BA degrees in Psychology and English Literature from Elon University.
