Troy Hayes, PsyD
Throughout his 20+ year career, Troy has worked closely as a trusted advisor to help leaders bolster business performance through focused assessment of executive effectiveness, coaching to build capabilities, and enabling organizational interventions that create sustainable leadership within companies. Troy has extensive experience as an executive in large businesses working with global organizations dealing with a variety of business issues. He has worked with companies ranging in size across several different industries.
Prior to joining Summit, Troy worked as a consultant for Leadership Development Worldwide and RHR International where he focused on organization effectiveness, executive assessments, developmental planning, and team building. In between his consulting roles, Troy spent many years at Ingersoll Rand. There he worked as the VP of Human Resources for several large businesses and ultimately as the VP of Talent and Organization Capability. He is passionate about winning and throughout his career has assisted companies to improve their business outcomes through leadership and organizational interventions.
Troy holds a masters and doctorate in clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology and received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University with a minor in Italian.
