With more than 15 years of human resource and consulting experience, Thalia is a dynamic mentor, coach, and results-driven change leader with extensive experience working with businesses to develop high-performing, inclusive cultures and best-in-class talent programs.  In her role, she builds Summit’s human capital capabilities and winning culture by implementing programs and processes that create employee engagement, support our company values, and enhance our people’s ability to impact our exciting growth plans.

Prior to joining Summit, Thalia worked as head of Human Resources at several companies in the professional services and healthcare industries. In these roles, she worked to enhance the company’s human capital, organization capabilities, and employment brand internally and externally.

Thalia is a bilingual leader with a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree from Kennesaw State University, an MPA and MBA with a concentration in human resources management from DeVry University, and a BA from National Louis University. She also has a PHR certification and is a member of the Forbes HR Council
