Our Team

Tara is a Research Analyst Intern and works with our Client Delivery and Products and Services teams on research, leadership development, performance analytics, executive assessments, and team performance projects.

Prior to joining Summit, she held roles in investment banking and private equity, where she evaluated companies and industries for potential investment. Most recently, she led business operations at an early-stage startup where she developed scalable business operations and participated in fundraising, business development, and strategic partnerships.

Tara is currently pursuing a master’s in Social-Organizational Psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University, and hopes to combine her experience in finance and investing with the field of organizational psychology. She received a B.S. in Commerce, concentrating in Finance and Management from the University of Virginia.
