Sandy Pipitone Davis
Sandy is a seasoned leadership and organization development professional with over twenty years of experience partnering with executives and leadership teams to increase their effectiveness, deliver stronger results, and accelerate organizational success. Sandy uses her deep experience to help clients assess their current business challenges, identify obstacles and opportunities, and create and execute plans to align the organization and achieve desired results. She is masterful at partnering with clients to design and facilitate strategies around executive team performance, organization design and alignment, culture change, and talent management. As an executive coach, Sandy partners with her clients to help them uncover assumptions, unlock thinking patterns, identify new approaches and achieve tangible results.
Prior to joining Summit, Sandy ran her own successful executive coaching and organizational development consulting practice where she worked with a variety of clients including middle market and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to that, Sandy held leadership positions in Organizational Development and Talent Management at a number of successful firms including Fidelity Investments, Colgate-Palmolive, and The TJX Companies, and at several smaller companies that span the technology, software, and healthcare industries. Throughout her career, her focus and passion have been in helping individuals, teams, and organizations take great strides forward in achieving desired results.
Sandy has a Bachelor’s degree in business from The State University of New York and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Boston University. She received her coach training from The Coaches Training Institute and is certified in a number individual and team assessment instruments including LVI 360, Hogan, Enneagram, MBTI, etc.
