Our Team

Miguel serves as a Research Analyst Intern at Summit Leadership Partners, working with the team on research, leadership development, performance analytics, executive assessments, and team performance projects.

Prior to joining Summit, Miguel spent time as a quantitative research intern for Storyline Strategies in Washington, D.C. Miguel’s current research interests broadly include gender at work and the experiences of gender-diverse workers. Their thesis examined the gendering processes of a women-led tech startup in Berlin. Their future work will be focused on the invisible labor of Black femmes in organizations.

Miguel received a BS in business administration from American University and is currently a third-year doctoral student at UNC-Charlotte in organizational science. He just received his MA in sociology.
