Megan has a deep expertise across multiple industries including Private Equity, Healthcare, Financial, Manufacturing, Retail and Consumer Goods. She is a seasoned executive coach that balances directness with building collaborative relationships, combining passion, logic, and humor into her communication style. She has the unique ability to make connections between information, cut to what matters most, and help clients create plans to improve outcomes. She knows that executives have little time to waste, so coaching sessions are action oriented and focused on building new habits that will create lasting change.
Prior to joining Summit, Megan was Vice President/Head of the Leadership Advisory Practice at Bespoke Partners. She worked with top Private Equity firms assessing and coaching C-level leaders across portfolio companies. She created value by coaching leaders individually and working with C-level teams to drive cohesion and alignment towards the investment thesis. Megan also spent 5 years at the Vaya Group, serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders within the PE and healthcare industries. She built a reputation as being called upon to assess talent for the most critical client roles. She was also a sought-after coach, helping executives and teams to demonstrate rapid business impact. She started her career at Korn Ferry/PDI where she honed her assessment skills, having assessed over 3,000 leaders.
Megan earned her Master’s Degree in Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. She is a Marshall Goldsmith certified executive coach. She is also certified in the Hogan Suite of tools, Voices 360, Rocket Model for Team Performance, and has completed the Woman in Leadership certification from Cornell.
