Kelly is a highly accomplished organizational and clinically trained psychologist with over 30 years of expertise. She specializes in executive assessment, leadership development, and private equity value creation, working closely with senior leaders and organizations to enhance productivity, foster trust, and address the challenges of modern workforces, including cross-border growth and multigenerational dynamics. With deep expertise in leadership coaching, senior team facilitation, and organizational transformation, Kelly develops strategies that align leadership behaviors with business goals. She focuses on industries such as financial services, healthcare, supply chain, and technology, leveraging her insights to deliver measurable and impactful solutions.
Kelly’s work extends into AI legislation, where she actively shapes policy development in Colorado. As the founder of an AI startup, she integrates innovative technological advancements into her consulting practice. Her career includes collaborations with prominent organizations such as Oracle, PwC, the Center for Creative Leadership, Macquarie Group, and Dartmouth Health. These roles highlight her adaptability and thought leadership across global consultancy, senior leadership advisory, and academic engagement.
Kelly holds a PhD in clinical and organizational psychology from the University of Denver, where she also serves as faculty at the Transportation and Supply Chain Institute. She also holds a Master’s degree from Wright State University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Portland. Kelly is a recognized speaker and published expert, she continues to influence her field through thought leadership and practical applications.
