Our Team

Cat is a talented senior consultant with experience in leadership advisory working with Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies. She has worked with all levels of management to assess and develop executive talent and teams at every stage of the investment lifecycle, from growth equity to buyout. She specializes in pre-investment organizational due diligence, talent assessment and development, and human capital management for private equity-backed companies.

Prior to joining Summit, Cat began her career in marketing and operations, where she specialized in stakeholder management, human capital infrastructure and solutions, and developing marketing content and social media outreach. Most recently, she worked as a principal consultant for Bespoke Partners where she helped software investors to identify crucial executive and management team strengths and opportunities to ensure the execution of the investment thesis.

Cat graduated from the University of Rochester with a B.A. in Psychology and from Columbia University with a Masters in Social-Organizational Psychology.
