Research Analyst Intern
Amy serves as a Research Analyst Intern at Summit Leadership Partners, working with the team on projects such as research, leadership development, performance analytics, executive assessments, and team performance.
Prior to joining Summit, Amy worked as a Talent Management Intern for Amtrak where she helped develop a talent pipeline through enhancements in succession planning and high potential identification. She also analyzed and synthesized data to inform targeted assessments, organizational development, and talent solutions.
Amy is currently working towards her Master of Arts, Social-Organizational Psychology degree from Teachers College at Columbia University. There she is studying group and organizational dynamics, organizational culture, human resource management, and behavioral research. Amy received her BA in Psychology from Barnard College at Columbia University.
