Amber Greenwood
Research Analyst Intern
Amber serves as Research Analyst Intern at Summit Leadership Partners, working with our team on various projects including research, executive assessment, team performance, and performance analytics. Before joining Summit, Amber worked in a variety of consulting roles involving organizational development and training.
As a doctoral candidate, Amber has worked in multiple areas of research covering team skills, personality, and ways people consciously or unconsciously influence perceptions. Currently, she is writing her dissertation on how individuals showcase their time use as an impression management strategy. Amber is trained in both qualitative and quantitative methods and incorporates both in her approach to research and consulting.
Amber is currently a doctoral candidate at UNC-Charlotte in the Organizational Science Ph.D. program and has her MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She has a BS in Psychology from The University of Georgia.
