Our Team

Alok is an experienced Principal Consultant with a passion for assisting organizations to accelerate growth in their leaders and helping executives make better hiring decisions. He is highly experienced in executive assessment, executive coaching, and team facilitation. Alok’s approach to consulting is client-centered. He believes no one methodology fits all and takes a unique approach to learning as much as he can about the organization’s history, team goals, and current hurdles. His industry experience includes a wide range of clients, such as financial services, manufacturing, and utilities.

Prior to joining Summit, Alok was VP, Principal Consultant for Right Management, worked at Vantage Leadership Consulting and he owned an independent coaching practice. Throughout his career, he has worked with all sizes of organizations from Fortune 100 companies to family-owned mid-market businesses. In his early career, Alok worked as a corporate manager where he was responsible for high-profile organizational initiatives, the financial outcomes of large P&L statements, and twelve supervisors with one hundred direct reports. He learned the nuances of leading effectively while experiencing the challenges of inspiring others’ performance.

Alok holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Albizu University in Miami, Florida. Additionally, he completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Urban Promise, focusing on consulting psychology. Alok has taught business education at Albizu University, and he was an adjunct instructor at Miami Dade College. Additionally, he holds an MBA from Widener University and an undergraduate degree in General Sciences from Pennsylvania State University.
